Adding an Item to a Ticket

Tap the link for the CPMobile device you are using:

ClosediPhone/iPod Touch

To add an item to a ticket on an iPhone or iPod Touch:

- or -

  1. Tap Lookup Item (or the button) to display the ClosedItems screen.

  2. Tap the Search bar (or the  button), enter all or part of the Item numberor the item's Description, and then tap the item.

Tap the item in the Favorite Items list.

If the item is gridded or serialized, you will be prompted to provide additional information. If the Prompt for price setting is enabled for the item, you will be prompted to specify the item's Price.

Once you have added an item to a ticket, you can change the item's quantity, change its SKU, override its price, or remove it from the ticket.

If the item isn't found, you can tap the ticket line to add a new item record for the item.

ClosediPad

To add an item to a ticket on an iPad:

  1. Tap Lookup Item (or the button) to display the ClosedItem Lookuppopover.

  2. Enter all or part of the Item number or the item's Description in the Search bar, and then tap the item.

Tap Scan Barcode with Camera and scan the item.

- or -

Tap the item in the Favorite Items list.

If the item is gridded or serialized, you will be prompted to provide additional information. If the Prompt for price setting is enabled for the item, you will be prompted to specify the item's Price.

Once you have added an item to a ticket, you can change the item's quantity, change its SKU, override its price, or remove it from the ticket.
