Overriding an Item's Price

If you are allowed to override prices, you can change an item's price on the Ticket screen.

Tap the link for the CPMobile device you are using:

ClosediPhone/iPod Touch

Follow these steps to override an item's price:

  1. Tap the button on the item's ticket line to display the ClosedLine details screen.

  2. Tap the Price Override on/off switch to display the ClosedPrice override screen.

  3. Tap Price and enter the new price value.

  4. If you require reason codes for price overrides, tap Reason code to display the ClosedReason codes screen, and then tap the reason for the price override.

  5. Tap Done to return to the Line details screen, and then tap Done to return to the Ticket screen, where the new price appears on the item's ticket line.

Follow these steps to override an item's price:

  1. Tap the item's ticket line to display the ClosedLine details popover.

  2. Tap the Price Override on/off switch to display the ClosedPrice override popover.

  3. Tap Price and enter the new price value.

  4. If you require reason codes for price overrides, tap Reason code to display the ClosedReason codes popover, and then tap the reason for the price override.

  5. Tap Done to return to the ticket, where the new price appears on the item's ticket line.
