Changing an Item's SKU

If an item is gridded (e.g., apparel) or available in alternate units (e.g., dozen, case, etc.), you can select a different grid cell and/or unit for the item by changing the item's SKU.

To change an item's SKU:

  1. Tap the item line on the Ticket screen to display the Closeditem toolbar.

  1. Tap the Change SKU button.

  2. If the item is available in alternate units, tap a Closedunit button to change the unit for the item.

  1. If the item is gridded, use the Closedgrid picker to change the value for each grid dimension (e.g., color/size/width).

  2. Tap the Done button to save your changes and return to the Ticket screen.

  3. Tap the item line to hide the item toolbar.

To change an item's SKU:

  1. Tap the ticket line for the item to display the ClosedSKU popover.

  2. If the item is available in alternate units, tap a Closedunit button to change the unit for the item.

  3. If the item is gridded, use the Closedgrid picker to change the value for each grid dimension (e.g., color/size/width).

  4. Tap the Done button in the SKU popover to save your changes and return to the ticket.
