Returning an Item
When you add an item to a ticket, it is added to a sale line by default. To return an item, you must change its ticket line to a return line.
Tap the link for the CPMobile device you are using:
Follow these steps to return an item:

Tap the
button on the item's ticket line to display the
Line details screen.

Tap Sale to display the
Line type screen.

Tap Return.
If reason codes are required for return lines the
Reason codes screen appears. Tap the reason for the return.

Tap the Ticket button to return to the
Ticket screen, where the item's price is a negative value and appears in red.
Follow these steps to return an item:

Tap the item's ticket line to display the
Line details popover.

Tap Sale to display the
Line type popover.

Tap Return.
If reason codes are required for return lines, the
Reason codes popover appears. Tap the reason for the return to return to the ticket, where the item's price is a negative value and appears in red.
