NCR Counterpoint Mobile 2.5 has been certified for use with iOS 10, while retaining backward-compatibility with iOS 9 and iOS 8.1.
CPMobile 2.5 is not compatible with iOS 6 or 7. If you are using one of these iOS versions, you must update your CPMobile devices to iOS 8.1 or later to use CPMobile 2.5. CPMobile 2.3.1 is still available for devices that cannot be updated to iOS 8.1 or later, including the iPhone 4 and the 4th-generation iPod Touch.
If you upgrade your CPMobile devices to iOS 10 from iOS 6 or earlier, you must "unseat" and re-register each device before you can begin using CPMobile 2.5.
