Entering a Store Credit Payment

Tap the link for the CPMobile device you are using:

Follow these steps to enter a store credit payment:

  1. On the ClosedEnter Payments screen, tap the Store Credit pay code to display the Store Credit screen.

The ClosedStore Credit screen displays all of the store credits that have been issued to the customer assigned to the ticket.

If no store credits have been issued to the selected customer, No Results Found appears on the Store Credit screen. Tap Ticket to return to the Enter payments screen.

  1. Tap the store credit the customer wants to redeem to return to the Enter Payments screen. The store credit payment is displayed in the ClosedPayments area.

If the store credit amount is more than the ticket balance, the payment amount is set to the ticket balance. The store credit will be reduced by this amount when you complete the ticket.

If the store credit amount is less than the ticket balance, the payment amount is set to the amount of the store credit. The entire store credit will be redeemed, reducing it to 0.00, when you complete the ticket.

You cannot modify the amount of a store credit payment, although you can delete it from the ticket.
