Follow these steps to recall a ticket that was placed on hold on your CPMobile device:
Tap the button on the Ticket screen.
Tap the Recall ticket button.
The Recall ticket button is available only if there are no items on the current ticket.
The Hold Documents screen displays all of the tickets that were placed on hold on your CPMobile device. Tap a hold ticket to recall the ticket and return to the Ticket screen, allowing you to complete the ticket.
