Follow these steps to select a specific customer for a ticket:
Tap on the Ticket screen.
On the Customer
Tap Search Customer (or the
button) and enter all or part of the customer's name, phone number, e-mail address, or customer number in the
Search bar
Tap the customer you're looking for to assign the customer
- or -
If you have issued ID cards with barcodes to your customers, tap on the Ticket screen, and then scan the customer's card to assign the customer to the ticket.

If the customer is a member of a loyalty program, tap on theTicketscreen, and then scan the customer's loyalty card.

In the Customer area of the Mobile Point of Sale
If you are using your iPad in portrait orientation, tap the Lock button to display the Customer area.
Tap Search Customer (or the
button) and enter all or part of the customer's name, phone number, e-mail address, or customer number in the Search bar.
Tap the customer you're looking for to assign the customer

If you have issued ID cards with barcodes to your customers, tap Scan with camera , and then scan the customer's card to assign the customer to the ticket.

If the customer is a member of a loyalty program, tap Scan with camera , and then scan the customer's loyalty card.
