Workgroup Settings

Certain settings on the Numbers tab of the Workgroups window (Setup > System > Workgroups) in Counterpoint affect the functionality of CPMobile.

If a Next item number value is defined, when a user in the workgroup creates a new item record in CPMobile Point of Sale, the Next item number is assigned to the new item, and is then increased by one.

Similarly, if a Next customer # value is specified, the value is automatically used for each new customer record created in CPMobile Point of Sale, and is then increased by one.

If the corresponding Always auto-assign check boxes are selected, users cannot override the item and customer numbers that are automatically assigned to new item and customer records created in CPMobile Point of Sale.

CPMobile ignores all other workgroup settings.
